Delete your LiveJob AI account

This page explains how to delete your LiveJob AI account and the data linked to it.

Option 1 — In the app (instant)

Open LiveJob AI and sign in.
Go to Settings.
Tap Delete account and confirm.

Option 2 — By email

If you can't open the app, email ailivejob@gmail.com from the address you signed in with, with the subject “Delete my LiveJob AI account”. We delete the account within 7 days and confirm by email.

What we delete

Your account and sign-in identity
Profile details (name, profession, target roles, skills, avatar)
Uploaded résumés and generated résumé versions
Scans, saved and dismissed jobs, exports, Reminder Agent schedules
Outreach leads, drafts, sent-message history and connected mailbox tokens
Push notification tokens and notification preferences

What we keep, and for how long

Residual copies in backups and server logs are removed within 30 days.
Purchase records held by Apple, Google and our payment processor (RevenueCat) are kept as required for tax and accounting.

Subscriptions

Deleting your account does not cancel a store subscription. Cancel it in Google Play → Subscriptions or in your Apple ID settings.
